newsletter
About once a month I send out an email newsletter, see sign up below. I don't give out your email address to anyone and only use it for these promotional emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. You are not automatically subscribed when you place an order.

payments
All of my payments and shopping cart system is handled through Pay Pal. No, you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to shop, any major credit card will do!

privacy & security
I do not share your information with anyone. Any information that you provide to full fill an order is used for just that. You will only receive advertising e-mail and updates from me if you actually sign up for the newsletter.

rebates
All KimmChi rebate offers are calculated from the total items prices without the inclusion of shipping and taxes.

returns
I will take returns up to 10 days after you have ordered an item. You must contact me at orders@kimmchi.com to alert me of the fact that you will be returning an item. Regrettably, I cannot refund shipping charges, but upon receipt of the item in its original packaging and in good/re-saleable condition, I will refund its cost to your credit card. But please contact me before returning an item and we can try and work it out.

If there is a problem with an order, contact me first and hopefully I can make things right before you go and have to return something!

sales tax
Sales tax is charged for orders being shipped to New York.

Presently, I use Pay Pal for all on-line orders. Pay Pal process all payments through a secure site.
Sales tax is only charged for orders being shipped in New York.
Also, a word on sizing etc, some ear wires may differ from those photographed on the earrings, also as size of stones and loops may be varying sizes, all earrings may not match exactly their pictures and may vary slightly within a pair.

shipping
All shipping is done from Brooklyn, NY, or New York, NY. All orders over $200 qualify for FREE shipping.
I will usually ship your purchase between 1 and 2 days from the initial purchase. You will receive an e-mail stating that you item has been shipped. I ship US Postal Service Ground unless asked to do otherwise (which would only be UPS), and pricing will be negotiated separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Beyond the US, I will ship to Canada, Australia, UK and Europe. This will have an additional fee, depending on the location being shipped to between $4 - $10. If you would like to purchase something for an international order, please contact me first with your address so I can quote you shipping charges, And if you decide to continue with the order, I will send you an invoice for the added fee and ship out once that transaction is complete.

stock
I only keep about 2 of each item in stock, if you order more than that – say for a bridal party or something, I may need extra time to complete the pieces, which will be communicated to you within a day of your order.

wholesale orders
